NATIVE MUSSELS

Unique and true native bred mussel
in Italy.


It has a smooth and elongated blackish shell, the inside with mother-of-pearl reflections,
it can reach 110 mm.

FARM

Mussels do not need feed or drugs and their "seed" is collected in the lagoon.

Shellfish farming is the most sustainable form of farming and also of aquaculture to date.

SCARDOVARI

The breeding area is the Sacca di Scardovari, in Porto Tolle,

in the province of Rovigo, a marine inlet

in communication with

the open sea through a lagoon "mouth".

ORGANOLEPTICS
